Key Responsibilities

  • •Build end-to-end solutions for the Contractor Management product area, owning more than just implementation.
  • •Lead complex solutions and manage internal expectations for projects, products, and features while navigating prioritization decisions.
  • •Create and drive an effective roadmap and strategy, breaking plans into near- and mid-term goals and aligning with department/company problems.
  • •Ship improvements quickly and iteratively, working with engineers and designers to solve complex problems and improve ROI.
  • •Communicate and collaborate internally and externally, share learnings with the Product org, and work asynchronously and transparently.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience as a product manager, ideally at a high-growth company.
  • •Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code (or similar tools), with ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship prototypes or small code changes with AI tooling.
  • •Strong judgment for strategic prioritization and tactical feature scope decisions.
  • •Demonstrable results moving a product in the right direction.
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments, with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
