Lead HR data integrity efforts for a growing People Technology & Operations team. Manage employment data across HR systems, coordinate with global teams and vendors, and support SOX audits. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and external vendors to operationalize and execute employment data and related processes
•Audit employee and contingent worker changes in HR systems to maintain the highest level of data integrity of worker records
•Process contingent worker full lifecycle requests from pre-boarding to end of contract
•Act as a subject matter expert for all aspects of the employee data lifecycle, offering consultation and guidance to stakeholders
•Assist with SOX control audits, including evidence collection, data auditing, monitoring, testing, and process review

Key Requirements

•2+ years of HR data-related work experience in a high-growth organization
•Experience with Workday or other HCM systems
•Fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written)
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
•Experience with ServiceNow HR Ticketing system
