•Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to refine, groom, and prioritize the backlog.
•Plan and drive sprint execution with timelines, delivery milestones, and early surfacing of dependencies.
•Stay hands-on in critical initiatives by guiding design decisions, enforcing sound design patterns, participating in code reviews, and ensuring robust monitoring with SLIs/SLOs.
