Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates to achieve production targets in an Inspection Center.
  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and drive improvements.
  • •Engage the team with coaching, development, feedback, and performance management; create an environment aligned with Carvana’s Values.
  • •Train associates using Quality Control standards and review/approve mechanical and physical defects to repair or reject inventory based on cost and overall quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years).
