Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with internal stakeholders to define supply requirements and sourcing strategies for upcoming activities.
  • •Execute sourcing activities under annual sourcing plans or project-specific procurement and contract plans, including end-to-end RFx events and clarification tracking.
  • •Prepare and issue contracts, purchase orders, and work orders in collaboration with the Contracts Team.
  • •Ensure supplier spend complies with company policies and procedures.
  • •Track supply chain metrics and support supplier relationship activities, including contract amendments, renewals, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of practical experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contracts administration, supply chain management, or a related business function.
  • •Experience supporting Well Servicing or Environment categories is an asset.
  • •Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration or Supply Chain Management), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Working knowledge of procurement principles and leading practices; ability to prepare sourcing strategies, RFx documentation, and award recommendations.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneDrive, PowerPoint); Power BI, Maximo P2P, ERP, and e-sourcing tools are assets; must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
