Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Director, R&D Business Operations to build and iterate internal applications on the Haystack platform using AI-assisted coding tools.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for R&D teams’ app requests, backlog clearing, and end-user questions and feedback.
  • •Support reporting and business operations by tracking project status, resource allocation, and workload distribution across the R&D portfolio.
  • •Build and maintain training content, intake forms, and coordination tools, and support completion tracking for R&D training initiatives on Haystack.
  • •Produce clear, executive-ready decks and summaries for leadership, and coordinate cross-functionally (IT, Finance, HR, R&D) on ad hoc and strategic projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required; field of study open.
  • •5 years of relevant experience in program management or digital operations support.

  • •Strong program/project coordination across multiple simultaneous workstreams.
