Staff Software Engineer, Autonomous Pilot Integration – Emerging Domains (R5401)

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of first-of-their-kind autonomy for emerging platforms and mission profiles. Stand up new programs, integrate autonomy software across platform interfaces, payloads, and mission autonomy, and drive validation through software-, hardware-, and vehicle-in-the-loop to live test exercises. Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers, removing obstacles, coordinating with platform and cross-functional teams, and improving engineering processes based on mission debrief results.
