Job Summary

Own an end-to-end surface of a modern banking platform for startups, acting like a GM/Product CEO who earns judgment through close customer and execution. Prototype and pressure-test ideas quickly using AI “frontier models,” define success before specs, and make deliberate tradeoffs as facts change. Partner deeply with engineering, design, operations, GTM, and leadership to ship iteratively and help founders manage money, risk, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate like a founder for a meaningful platform surface, owning metrics and problems end-to-end.
•Develop deep understanding of how early-stage companies think about money, time, and risk to design the right workflows.
•Own a living problem space by framing key customer problems, sharpening hypotheses, defining success, and seeing it through.
•Make deliberate product tradeoffs on what to do now/next/never and pivot without ego when evidence changes.
•Prototype, pressure-test, and iterate alongside design and engineering, communicating the “why” so teams can execute decisions independently.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of product management (or equivalent) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shipped work you’re proud of.
•Work with AI daily (prototyping, analyzing, drafting, automating) and have shipped or changed something enabled by new AI capabilities.
•Have strong product taste and obsess over details, with an understanding that banking interactions carry trust.
•Demonstrate discovery rigor: articulate the problem and hypothesis and define how you’ll know success before writing a spec.
•Build hands-on—open prototypes, sketch flows, and pull data yourself; operate effectively in ambiguity and align others to decisions.
