Key Responsibilities

•Lead the detailed design of Building Services including plumbing and fire protection to relevant codes and standards
•Coordinate scope of works with Local GCC Head of MEP and WSP HK Team; monitor progress and ensure timely delivery
•Carry out technical reviews, peer reviews, and checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with CDM QA requirements
•Prepare detailed design, specifications and tender documents, coordinating with design teams and stakeholders
•Mentor and coach junior engineers, participate in project meetings, and manage task delegation to meet deadlines

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental/Mechanical engineering
•5+ years of technical experience in Building Services
•Proficiency with building services design tools and codes (e.g., Hevacomp)
•Fluent in English with strong technical terminology
•Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
