Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies aligned to revenue goals, including acquisition, expansion, and lifecycle marketing.
•Architect campaign frameworks connecting brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion optimization.
•Partner with the paid media team to guide channel strategy, audience targeting, testing priorities, and performance optimization across paid channels.
•Own audience segmentation and buying personas (ICP, pain points, decision journeys) and operationalize content mapping frameworks across funnel stages and use cases.
•Lead and mentor a team of managers and/or specialists; drive performance management using campaign reporting, KPIs, marketing automation, and intent data.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management in B2B environments.
•Proven expertise in campaign strategy and multi-channel execution with demonstrated pipeline and revenue impact.
•Deep experience in persona development, segmentation, and content mapping across the buyer journey.
•Strong understanding of paid media channels for B2B technology or cybersecurity campaigns, including Google Search, LinkedIn, TechTarget, content syndication, intent-based media, and programmatic advertising.
•Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot), intent data tools (TechTarget Portal, 6Sense), and analytics/project management tools (Asana, Workfront).
