  • •Plan, produce, and execute daily workload for a fast-paced operation with leadership and development of associates.
  • •Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and lead shift operations including shipping, receiving, cross docking, and trailer loading.
  • •Establish weekly operations plans to process customer volume timely.
  • •Run DC quality functions: supervise quality controls, track service commitment levels, develop quality initiatives, and implement standard methodologies.
  • •Lead inventory control and the overall quality program to meet daily service levels and perfect order metrics.

Key Requirements
