Job Summary

Senior leadership role responsible for overseeing group-wide income tax reporting, SOX-compliant controls, and risk governance across jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the coordination and review of Group-wide income tax reporting, including current and deferred tax provisions, ensuring SOX compliance.
•Oversee the preparation and submission of corporate tax filings at Group level, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across jurisdictions.
•Develop and maintain tax reporting frameworks, including documentation of processes and controls for SOX compliance.
•Provide oversight and technical leadership on consolidated tax workings for periodic Group Tax Reports (quarterly, half-year, year-end).
•Lead the group’s Pillar 2 compliance implementation project including data remediation.

Key Requirements

•CTA/ACA qualified or equivalent; strong academic background
•Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in international tax reporting, consolidation and compliance, ideally within a UK/US listed multinational environment
•Proven experience in managing tax risk and governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
•Strong technical expertise in corporate tax, deferred tax, transfer pricing, and SOX compliance
•Experience in emerging markets (Africa, LATAM) is desirable
