Key Responsibilities

•Analyze FC storage capacity, SKU profile, and operational capabilities to build capacity planning and SKU allocation strategies across the network.
•Use algorithm-based systems (e.g., IPE, SRE) to optimize SKU placement and inbound allocation, improving regional fulfillment ratio and 3BD performance.
•Classify and segment fulfillment centers based on performance and cost structure, and propose network optimization and consolidation strategies to reduce operational costs.
•Collaborate with the S&OP team to run simulations and scenario analyses for order allocation to improve fulfillment efficiency and reduce costs.
•Drive continuous supply chain optimization across inventory health/turnover, FC-to-FC transfer strategy, inbound/outbound balancing, and transportation/fulfillment path optimization.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain.
•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Strong analytical skills including SQL and Python, with modeling capabilities.
•Experience with order allocation systems, simulation tools, and A/B testing.
•Experience with WMS systems.
