Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze FC storage capacity, SKU profile, and operational capabilities to build capacity planning and SKU allocation strategies across the network.
  • •Use algorithm-based systems (e.g., IPE, SRE) to optimize SKU placement and inbound allocation, improving regional fulfillment ratio and 3BD performance.
  • •Classify and segment fulfillment centers based on performance and cost structure, and propose network optimization and consolidation strategies to reduce operational costs.
  • •Collaborate with the S&OP team to run simulations and scenario analyses for order allocation to improve fulfillment efficiency and reduce costs.
  • •Drive continuous supply chain optimization across inventory health/turnover, FC-to-FC transfer strategy, inbound/outbound balancing, and transportation/fulfillment path optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •Strong analytical skills including SQL and Python, with modeling capabilities.
  • •Experience with order allocation systems, simulation tools, and A/B testing.
  • •Experience with WMS systems.
