Lead Silicon Failure Analysis & Customer Debug

Lead and coordinate the customer RMA debug team to diagnose, root-cause, and resolve silicon, test, and packaging failures in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Develop and apply debug methodologies, analytics, and tools, driving cross-functional collaboration with design, test, quality, and manufacturing to ensure rapid containment and continuous product quality improvements while communicating progress to executives.
