Job Summary

Coordinate project activities for mission critical/data center projects in the Milwaukee office by supporting the Project Manager and project teams across the full lifecycle. Maintain project calendars and QC deadlines, assist with scheduling meetings and reviews, track invoices and payments, support contract processing, and help manage documents and compliance. Communicate with internal teams and the client, respond to RFIs and submittals, and assist in tracking scope changes and project financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Project Manager and project teams with administrative duties throughout the project lifecycle.
•Coordinate proposal-process activities to ensure deadlines and reviews are completed.
•Maintain the project calendar (deliverables and QC deadlines) and assist with scheduling meetings, kick-offs, and design reviews.
•Create and maintain project Smart Sheets and manage document storage and file organization.
•Assist with project financial tracking (invoices, payments, financial reports) and support RFI/submittal processing and contract processing.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED required.
•3+ years of experience.
•Deadline-oriented with the ability to track and manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
•Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project tools such as Bluebeam and Smartsheet (advantage).
