Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute assigned ServiceNow ASPEN tickets, document troubleshooting and resolutions, and escalate recurring or critical issues to the Manager Operations.
  • •Run daily multimedia operations including room readiness checks, system health checks, monitoring follow-up, incident investigation, and scheduled AV/workplace maintenance.
  • •Support digital signage and workplace multimedia operations across collaboration spaces, AV systems, multimedia rooms, and event spaces.
  • •Provide senior-level troubleshooting for complex AV, collaboration, digital signage, and workplace multimedia issues, including vendor coordination when required.
  • •Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, asset/lifecycle data, and support handovers through documentation completeness, monitoring/spare-part readiness, and operational acceptance criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree, vocational qualification, or equivalent experience in Media Technology, AV Engineering, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • •More than 3 years of professional experience in AV technology.
  • •Experience with enterprise AV systems, meeting room technologies, LED solutions, collaboration platforms, and workplace technology environments.
  • •Advanced understanding of workplace multimedia systems, AV signal flow, collaboration technology, digital signage, AV control systems, audio DSP, and network-dependent AV components.
  • •Beneficial: training/experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Dante, AVIXA CTS, Crestron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Shure, Dante, Yamaha, or similar.
