Assess governance, risk, identity and access, cloud security, incident response, third-party and supply-chain risk, and regulatory compliance to identify deal and integration impacts. Conduct maturity assessments using recognized frameworks, translate technical findings into transaction-focused insights, manage client relationships, mentor teams, and support remediation and post-close planning.
