Key Responsibilities

  • •Run MRP for raw materials against the production plan.
  • •Manage domestic and export purchasing to support internal customers and ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Negotiate purchasing conditions with suppliers and follow supplier commitments against the production plan.
  • •Plan and control RM inventory, schedule RM deliveries, and coordinate with warehouse and production planning.
  • •Participate in supplier and internal quality audits; conduct supplier evaluation and manage supplier complaints using SAP QP recording.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage purchasing and PO process, including ensuring on-time delivery for raw materials supporting production plans.
  • •Plan, monitor, and control raw material (RM) inventory against target levels and delivery schedules.
  • •Coordinate with warehouse and production planning for incoming RM and RM requirements.
  • •Support quality requirements, including participation in internal audits and supplier evaluations/complaints handling (including QP recording in SAP).
  • •Comply with safety policies/procedures and ISO standards (ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001) as applicable.
