Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of brownfields mining projects from study phase through execution and close-out.
  • •Manage project scope, cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholder expectations.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, process, and drafting resources.
  • •Develop project execution strategies, delivery plans, and reporting frameworks.
  • •Support procurement, contractor management, and construction coordination; facilitate meetings, design reviews, risk workshops, and client presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years delivering engineering, mining, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing sustaining capital, brownfields, or operational site projects.
  • •Previous site-based experience within mining, resources, heavy industry, or construction environments.
  • •Strong understanding of project management, commercial management, and risk management.
  • •Engineering, project management, or related technical qualifications; PMP, PRINCE2, or AIPM is highly regarded.
