Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare US to local GAAP conversions and support preparation of financial statements for Mastercard entities with external service providers.
  • •Complete Polish financial reporting and accounting tasks, including monthly reporting to the National Central Bank and statistical reporting.
  • •Collaborate with auditors and external service providers to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • •Support accounting accuracy by reviewing trial balances and working with the GBSC to resolve identified issues.
  • •Perform analytical reviews for net revenue accounting compliance with SOX, including monitoring customer agreements and assessing financial impact of new agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant work experience in professional audit (Big 4 preferred), corporate controllership, or advanced financial reporting.
  • •Knowledge of complex accounting concepts, including US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP.
  • •Experience with statutory reporting, preparing financial statements, and coordinating external audits.
  • •Strong Excel skills and practical exposure to ERP and reporting systems; Oracle experience is a plus.
  • •Fluency in English and Polish, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly.
