Job Summary

Maintain day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping/receiving, order preparation, product storage, and delivery set-up. Ensure health and safety compliance, protect inventory accuracy and minimize damage, and keep bins organized for efficient pickup and delivery. You’ll operate warehouse equipment, support customer service standards, and problem-solve while working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain health and safety compliance and prepare orders by pulling accurate materials for customer pickup or delivery.
•Load and unload trucks as necessary and ensure equipment is maintained to company operating standards.
•Maintain inventory controls by minimizing materials damage and ensuring order accuracy.
•Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations to support efficient storage and retrieval.
•Resolve problems and prioritize tasks while delivering high standards of customer service.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma preferred and 1–3 years of experience (or more) preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team, with the ability to lead/execute/delegate as needed.
•Ability to self-manage, show initiative, be proactive, and drive results.
•Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and customers, verbally and in writing.
•Must be able to operate warehouse machinery and follow safety requirements using protective gear and steel-toed boots.
