Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Teams monetization strategy and roadmap: plan design, pricing/packaging, workspace & seat model, and upgrade/downgrade paths.
  • •Design and ship admin-led purchase and lifecycle flows: checkout, renewals, cancellations, seat changes, refunds, and clear in-product messaging.
  • •Define entitlement and precedence rules so Teams and consumer plans can coexist cleanly in one app (eligibility, access control, context switching).
  • •Partner closely with Product, Engineering (Payments/Platform), Growth, and Operations to align on architecture, trade-offs, and execution.
  • •Set success metrics and drive closed-loop optimization through instrumentation, funnel diagnostics, experiments, and post-launch iteration.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of B2B product experiences.
