Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in identifying operational risks throughout business processes and systems with business process owners.
  • •Facilitate business units’ risk assessment performance (e.g., PRSAs) and support assessments/testing/QA to meet regulatory and internal standards.
  • •Support control monitoring (supplemental to BU process owners) and compile key operational risk trends, activities, and events.
  • •Conduct independent quality assurance and vertical process testing to identify areas of high risk for intervention, including automated alert signals.
  • •Maintain risk dashboards/KRIs and updated risk profiles/registers, categorize/map controls to risks and processes, and support new product governance risk needs with thematic risk reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in operational risk management within Risk and/or Internal Audit, including critical operational risk management lifecycle activities.
  • •Experience in process governance aligned with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
  • •Sound analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios.
  • •Experience in emerging digital capabilities and technology-enabled risk areas (including AI, Web 3, digital payments, data-driven personalization, automation, third-party integrations, and new product innovation).
  • •Ability to learn complex digital products quickly and translate technical concepts into clear risk considerations while partnering with product, technology, privacy, legal, compliance, and control teams.
