Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct 24/7 shift execution and staff management for operators and shift technicians to ensure continuous high-purity water delivery and prevent fab interruptions.
  • •Lead daily cross-team coordination across operations, maintenance, and engineering (OPS/MX/ENG) to prioritize work and resolve plant excursions.
  • •Enforce EHS protocols and ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulatory standards for chemical handling and wastewater discharge.
  • •Monitor real-time water quality parameters, review performance trends via SCADA/HMI, and manage immediate response to system alarms.
  • •Oversee SOPs, drive operator shift training, conduct performance management, and maintain accurate shift logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater operations or heavy industrial/process environments, with semiconductor fab experience strongly preferred.
  • •Deep understanding of water treatment processes including RO, CEDI, UF, UV, ion exchange, and biological/chemical wastewater treatment.
  • •Familiarity with SCADA, HMI controls, and reading P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
  • •Strong grasp of OSHA, EHS guidelines, and environmental discharge permits.
