Key Responsibilities

•Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Maintain strategic product and merchandising presentation by ensuring product recovery, restock/destock, and visual merchandising changes per direction with the Visual Manager.
•Plan and execute visual floor changes with the management team, including payroll management and adapting zone/visual support to business needs.
•Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
•Partner with Operations and Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities; lead recruiting and talent development.

Key Requirements

•Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
•Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making.
•Values feedback; receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide.
•Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as a team.
•Proof of a valid residence and work permit.
