Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze complex internal/external data (segment performance, local market trends, cost/benefit, and performance vs plan/forecast) for assigned states.
  • •Develop multi-year recommendations covering strategic goals, policy/membership growth, product enhancements, and non-rate actions.
  • •Interact with and at times direct key stakeholders (e.g., Underwriting, Marketing, Legal, IT) to collect and analyze information driving business goals.
  • •Build complex product dashboards and reporting in Excel, Tableau, and other analytical tools to monitor KPIs and local market strategy execution.
  • •Ensure risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in line with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Statistics; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •4 years of relevant product or program management experience analyzing data and developing recommendations; or an advanced degree with 2 years of product/program management experience.
  • •2 years of P&C experience.
  • •Advanced skills using data querying tools and dashboards, including Excel and Tableau (or other analytical tools).
  • •Knowledge of product regulations and risk and compliance requirements.
