Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the stability of the data platform by building and maintaining operations and maintenance systems for detection, emergency response, recovery, and business continuity.
  • •Manage automated operations and maintenance for in-house big data and open-source products to improve delivery, operations, maintenance, and technical support.
  • •Convert big-data operations experience into documentation, tooling, and standardization to enhance capabilities across multiple operations and maintenance centers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related field.
  • •Experience in Big Data SRE operations or technical support for business-facing (B2B) products.
  • •Familiarity with one or more open-source components such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Hive, Presto/Trino, Doris, Kafka, HBase, Hudi, or ClickHouse.
  • •Practical experience troubleshooting big data product issues, including investigating online issues and quickly locating root causes.
  • •Familiarity with at least one programming language, including Shell, Python, Java, or Scala.
