Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy to assigned depots within 24–72 hours of activation and reach full Tech I–III productivity with minimal ramp time.
  • •Stabilize underperforming markets and surge collision and PM backlogs to restore RO Capable performance.
  • •Support new-market launches by standing up repair throughput from the first shift.
  • •Execute advanced R&R of complex system components, including onboard compute units and integrated sensing hardware, and perform authorized OEM warranty repairs on critical vehicle systems.
  • •Coach local Tech I–III staff on diagnostic technique and safety discipline while reinforcing SOPs and adhering to LOTO/MSD/IMD/HVIL protocols and PPE requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in automotive or aerospace maintenance focused on complex electronic systems.
  • •Ability to flex between routine PM work and complex diagnostic escalation without ramp time.
  • •Perform authorized OEM warranty repairs on critical vehicle systems, including suspension and advanced electrical components (power conversion units, high-voltage distribution assemblies).
  • •Able to travel on short notice (24–72 hours) for 1–4 week assignments and travel up to 75% of working time, including weeknight stays.
  • •Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the United States.
