Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee project planning, implementation, and completion from initiation to closure in alignment with the organisation’s mission.
  • •Develop project plans defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • •Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, international charity partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • •Monitor progress, manage budgets, and track KPIs to deliver on time and within budget.
  • •Identify, assess, mitigate project risks, prepare progress reports for leadership, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience working as a Project Manager, ideally in the non-profit or international development sector.
  • •Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with remote and culturally diverse teams.
  • •Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • •A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred) and/or a recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMP (advantage).
