Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor execution of project HSE activities and continually observe site activity to ensure HSE requirements are met.
  • •Develop and implement field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
  • •Provide HSE training to workers (incident prevention, first aid, and safety awareness) and deliver daily toolbox talks.
  • •Identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily, raise observation reports, and record corrective measures and daily violations with recommendations.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and communicate findings/recommendations daily; ensure inspections (mobile plant/gears, HSE equipment, fire extinguishers, and tools/equipment) are completed and logs are maintained.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years relevant HSE experience (2 years GCC plus).
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • •Proficiency conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses and developing mitigation strategies.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering and Diploma in NEBOSH (or related technical certificates), plus preferably SAP/ERP knowledge.
