Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to delivering Baltic-level initiatives for world-class Open Banking API services for third-party providers, FinTechs, ERPs, and business customers.
•Ensure Open Banking APIs are implemented according to regulations, technical standards, and agreements with local regulatory authorities.
•Monitor market trends and collaborate with third-party providers and other customers to identify new business ideas and needs.
•Break down requirements into epics, user stories, and development tasks with precise, unambiguous acceptance criteria.
•Facilitate requirement clarification workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and story reviews; create and maintain functional documentation and process diagrams.
