Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own Plaid's strategy and roadmap for data-supply traffic, health, and cost efficiency.
  • •Build and prioritize traffic-optimization initiatives, including opportunities from evolving machine-learning models and provider concessions.
  • •Bridge provider relationship teams and internal product teams by translating provider constraints and product demand into clear priorities.
  • •Partner with engineering and data teams to understand system behavior, evaluate trade-offs, and turn analysis into decisions.
