Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end legal support for operations.
  • •Advise on civil, commercial, consumer, competition, marketing/advertising, ride-hailing licensing, fintech, and digital law matters.
  • •Review contracts and policies and assist in claims resolution.
  • •Review and approve advertising and promotional activities to ensure regulatory compliance and support legal review for marketing/media campaigns.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as an in-house counsel or in a law firm supporting IT or tech companies.
  • •Experience in civil, commercial, consumer, and media/advertising law.
  • •Familiarity with fintech and digital platforms regulation (advantage).
  • •Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in English (C1–C2 or equivalent) and local language proficiency.
