Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula support to insured clients.
  • •Maintain your training and preparedness requirements (including CPR, HIPAA, and liability insurance).
  • •Complete the Loula interest form and progress through screening to join the network.
  • •Work within Loula’s non-exclusive network while keeping your own clients and practice.
  • •Coordinate with Loula for credentialing, insurance verification, billing, and payment support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Complete 16 hours of birth doula training and attend 3 births as a doula, or have 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •If you don’t yet have CPR training, HIPAA training, liability insurance, or the letters of recommendation, you can still reach out to get set up.
