Job Summary

Lead and develop a high-performing Order Book Fulfillment team to ensure accurate order book maintenance, timely campaigns, and optimal stock allocation. Own end-to-end order book management, availability planning, and RFC-related reporting, collaborating with Sales, Inbound, and Finance to meet SOC/SL targets and drive on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop team members’ operational and technical capabilities to accelerate transformation and provide best-in-class service for Orderbook Fulfillment’s stakeholders.
•Maintain and execute the order book according to the customer’s expectations, ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns and launches.
•Oversee stock availability and order fulfillment for daily operations, including allocation, phasing and redating.
•Monitor order book accuracy and cleansing as required, coordinating with the sales operations team.
•Coordinate requirement collection and set up system rules for all Value Added Services (SHAS & SHAD).

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent education required.
•Minimum of 8 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing people.
•Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and analytical tools knowledge.
•SAP knowledge and experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
