Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise operational engineers and project managers on the engineering environment and configure C&K workbenches for projects across business lines.
  • •Train and coach engineers on engineering processes and methods related to the discipline.
  • •Handle RUN incidents and service requests raised by engineers.
  • •Support the LEWIS-linked migration and federation strategy for engineering workshop data, including data structure considerations.
  • •Continuously improve and capitalize best practices and service offerings (training, directives, user manuals), and share feedback with corporate engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
  • •5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Deep understanding of engineering processes, methods and tools, including Change/Knowledge Management across a development lifecycle.
  • •Experience using change and knowledge management workshops in an operational context (JIRA ideally).
  • •Comfort with KPI/data tools such as EazyBI and PowerBI, and with agile principles and associated tooling practices.
