Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met through cost consultancy services.
  • •Provide estimating, cost planning, and review input with design and general contractor teams throughout design and construction.
  • •Reconcile and manage change orders and cost variances, including contingency management and commitment tracking logs.
  • •Produce written submissions and monthly cost reports, and present funding data and support value engineering (VE) sessions.
  • •Lead cost checks/valuations, assist with final account negotiation, and coach/mentor talent while embedding Turner & Townsend values and delivery methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or actively working towards RICS is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects with medium to high complexity.
  • •Preferred experience supporting semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, cleanroom, or other highly technical construction projects.
