Key Responsibilities

•Provide and oversee critical path method scheduling (via Primavera) to support client’s Program including design and construction rail transit projects.
•Developing integrated program schedules based on input from the various entities including designer, contractor, third party etc.
•Assess and provide recommendations to resolve schedule, scope changes or delays to the project team and executive management.
•Coordination with project teams to assess reporting and identify risk and create accurate forecasts.
•Responsible for developing, updating, and analyzing detailed execution schedules for simultaneous projects

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 250,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline or equivalent experience
•12 years of experience in developing and managing construction schedules for large rail and transit programs
•5 years of rail field construction experience
•Experience with critical path method analysis/technique with Primavera
