Job Summary

Support a greenfield program for a large federal civilian agency by gathering and clarifying client requirements alongside project leadership. Convert requirements into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, maintaining backlog readiness and traceability to program objectives. Partner with the Scrum Master to build Jira dashboards and the requirements structure, and help ensure sprint planning and PI planning readiness while growing your Agile/SAFe experience.

•Gather and clarify requirements from the client with the Project Manager and Deputy IT Project Manager.
•Turn requirements into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
•Work with the Scrum Master to build Jira dashboards and the program’s requirements structure.
•Maintain backlog readiness and traceability from requirements to program objectives.
•Support sprint planning and PI planning readiness with an Agile team.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of business analysis or requirements experience.
•Experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe exposure preferred).
•Working knowledge of Jira, including boards, filters, and dashboards.
•Strong written communication skills for user stories and acceptance criteria teams can act on.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination.
