Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, execute, report on test activities and evaluate the system under test (software and/or hardware).
•Support daily flight test operations and campaigns at multiple test locations in line with product roadmap and production schedule.
•Oversee configuration management for test assets and prepare for multiple test campaigns.
•Manage inventory to keep assets mission-capable and test-ready.
•Prepare for test readiness/safety reviews and create disseminated test reports for stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or closely related technical discipline (Master’s degree a plus).
•3–5 years of experience in flight testing, flight test planning, or aviation systems development.
•Hands-on experience with test instrumentation, data acquisition systems, or aircraft systems integration.
•Understanding of flight test principles, including test planning, execution, and data analysis; familiarity with test card development and safety risk assessments.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance/equivalent clearance requirementsif applicable
