Key Responsibilities

  • •Own bid planning and timeline, escalating late internal inputs instead of compressing reviews.
  • •Direct the pursuit team across Sales, Architecture, Pricing, Finance, Legal, Contract Management, Product, and Delivery.
  • •Apply bid/no-bid gates and run qualification forums, ensuring compliance matrices and approved asset library content.
  • •Own the tender and performance bond process, including approvals, Treasury lead times, retrieval, cancellation, and legal review/contract registration.
  • •Lead bid governance end to end: ensure estimate of record completeness, manage reviews (Delivery Assurance, Deal Release Sales Review), and keep bid/tender repositories current.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • •APMP, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
  • •Minimum 5 years in bid, proposal, or deal management on enterprise and government pursuits.
  • •Experience running public sector tender processes, including portal submission.
  • •Ability to commercially manage margin, contract terms, bonds, and risk, while using AI in proposal production.
