Field Service Technician - Montréal

Provide advanced technical support to customers for installation, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of Acute Care Technology products. Serve as the key contact for technical and service issues to ensure performance standards and customer satisfaction. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, train customers on proper equipment use, maintain service logs, and prepare reports for product failure analysis with escalations to engineering teams. Travel up to 90% within Quebec.
