Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive financial excellence by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial results for the business.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to ensure financial compliance.
  • •Explain the relationship between operational performance, financial results, and compliance.
  • •Incorporate competitive analysis to provide a strategic view of the business and drive financial performance.
  • •Improve and automate financial processes and reporting activities through continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related business degree.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Strong understanding of internal control principles and accounting policies and procedures.
  • •Systems knowledge/skills including Excel and SAP.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across functions.
