Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of small to mid-size Aftersales and New Build projects from order handover through delivery, invoicing, and closure.
  • •Coordinate around 30 concurrent projects, ensuring progress across planning, procurement, documentation, logistics, customer communication, and delivery.
  • •Own project planning and follow-up, including schedules, milestones, action lists, risks, dependencies, and required stakeholder inputs.
  • •Ensure delivery according to agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality requirements, and customer expectations; monitor project financial performance and margin awareness.
  • •Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, delays, scope changes, and delivery issues; maintain accurate project data in ERP/CRM and project management tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, project coordination, technical sales support, service project execution, or a similar technical industry.
  • •Technical understanding of marine/mechanical/process/industrial equipment.
  • •Experience delivering projects in a customer- and stakeholder-driven environment, including suppliers and internal teams.
  • •Good commercial understanding (cost follow-up, budget awareness, delivery commitments, invoicing milestones) and strong organizational skills.
