Clinician Specialist

Provide clinical and operational support for utilization management and/or case management by developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical documentation within guidelines, policies, and procedures. Draft and update clinical guidelines and criteria, maintain SOPs and policy documentation, and oversee regulatory member/provider letters. Measure workflow effectiveness, research best practices, and use reports to evaluate departmental performance and communicate progress to management while supporting compliance and quality improvements.
