Job Summary

Lead the strategic development, implementation, and management of comprehensive global and group holistic learning programmes. Partner with senior stakeholders to identify learning needs, design innovative training solutions, and measure impact across Mashreq’s Groups, while managing the Learning Management System, budget, and global delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and execute a holistic Learning strategy covering behavioural and technical learning for assigned Groups to position Mashreq as an employer of choice globally.
•Partner with Groups and senior stakeholders to lead end-to-end learning strategy and measure its impact.
•Develop and implement technology-enabled learning solutions and content for all bank functions.
•Deliver and enhance structured learning programs globally and leadership development modules as part of the PICG mandate.
•Manage and enhance the Learning Management System and learning ecosystem across locations to ensure consistent delivery of learning and development mandate.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years of Learning and Development experience; Experience in banking and finance industry is an added advantage.
•Expert in training needs analysis, solution deployment and learning impact/evaluation.
•Relevant E-Learning development and Management of a Learning Administration function experience.
•Excellent communication, influencing, interpersonal and analytical skills with senior stakeholders.
•High proficiency in Learning/skill assessment tools and administration of Learning Management Systems.
