Key Responsibilities

•Manage real estate, facilities, and asset maintenance, including issue identification/resolution and local performance KPIs.
•Oversee building and facilities maintenance, asset management, and audits of third-party maintenance contracts.
•Manage launch, relocation, and revamp of dark stores, including site scouting, execution, and handover.
•Supervise contractors on budgets, specialties, and execution; conduct site visits to ensure quality and timeliness.
•Handle permits, licenses, municipal approvals, and ensure compliance with zoning, safety, and environmental regulations; plan repair and maintenance schedules and negotiate leases/contracts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree; engineering preferred.
•At least 5 years of experience in real estate and facility management.
•Previous experience in project management.
•Technical experience related to equipment and installations in facilities.
•Fluency in Urdu and English (verbal and written) and excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
