Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for a dedicated construction package, leading construction phases from planning through execution while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
  • •Coordinate and execute construction activities with the Project Construction Coordinator, including planning, organizing, and safe delivery.
  • •Track construction package progress, identify and address issues or delays, control budgets and schedules, and provide regular management updates.
  • •Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to schedules, specifications, and timely materials/resources availability.
  • •Anticipate, identify, and resolve construction issues and challenges to maintain project continuity and efficiency, and produce reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 to 15 years of Oil & Gas industry experience with significant exposure to construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and industry best practices in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • •Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple activities and interfaces effectively.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
