Key Responsibilities

  • •Support store management to achieve Levi’s Store Iconic status through operational excellence and brand equity.
  • •Drive profitable sales by meeting/exceeding sales and performance goals and coaching teams on customer service behaviors.
  • •Assist with training and retention of store staff and identify developmental opportunities in partnership with management.
  • •Execute visual standards and maintain store housekeeping; make recommendations for visual merchandising direction and floor replenishment.
  • •In the absence of a manager, supervise the store and help ensure inventory management, paperwork, price/ticketing procedures, and physical inventory counts are completed; prevent loss via policies and procedures.

Salary: 15.75 - 26.25 hourly

  • •Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts.
  • •Leads through change, provides clear direction, and coaches for improvement.
  • •Physically able to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear, and use hands to type; occasionally reach, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
