Key Responsibilities

  • •External Project Management and Coordination: Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, vendors, and regulatory agencies; collaborate with external PM teams to ensure alignment of construction activities with project objectives; facilitate regular meetings with external PMs to discuss updates and challenges.
  • •Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for construction-related matters; advise in programming, design, pre-construction, closeout, and operations; communicate progress and solutions to senior management and internal stakeholders; work cross-functionally with Security, Network Engineering, Facilities Management, Marketing, Manufacturing, EHS, Legal, and others.
  • •Budget and Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets for construction and maintenance projects; work with Finance/FP&A for cash flow forecasting; prepare and present financial reports to executives.
  • •Contracting Strategy: Develop contracting structures that align incentives, reduce change order disputes, and set up projects for success; establish terms that drive transparency and fairness; structure contracts to allocate risk and protect interests.
  • •Construction Cost Estimating: Gather user requirements; generate cost estimates at all lifecycle stages; manage relationships with consultants and regional contractors; help build historical cost database.

Key Requirements
